Questions
What counts as a brief?
Each city search counts as one brief. Running the same city twice counts as two. The count resets on the first of every month.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you will not be charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
What is Vision analysis?
Upload one or two photographs of the current light and BYgo will assess what it sees, compare it to the forecast, and refine your shooting brief accordingly. It is only available for today's searches.
Do you store my photos?
No. Photos uploaded for Vision analysis are converted to base64 in the browser, sent for analysis once, and immediately discarded. Nothing is stored on disk or in any database.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, who handle all VAT and taxes on your behalf.
Is there a team or studio plan?
Not yet. A studio plan for teams and shared equipment is on the roadmap. If you need it sooner, get in touch.
